Degreasing Wax Remover with Film-Removing Action
Directions
Alkaline wax-removing detergent based on solvents, surfactants, and complex alkaline components. Suitable for removing old treatments carried out with solvent-based products, as well as residues of adhesives and paints from surfaces such as terracotta, klinker, natural stone, marble, concrete, plaster, porcelain stoneware, and ceramic.
Compared to common alkaline wax removers, it ensures faster and more effective action. ALCAL-ONE combines the film-removing power of solvents with the degreasing and emulsifying capacity of alkaline agents and surfactants.
Its formulation is designed to offer great versatility on site: it can be used either undiluted or diluted with water in different ratios, depending on the type of application. If needed, its effectiveness can be further enhanced by adding specific solvents.
Instructions for Use
Apply ALCAL-ONE undiluted or diluted with water (from 1:1 to 1:3), spreading it evenly over the surface to be treated. Leave it to act for a few minutes, then proceed with mechanical action using abrasive pads, brushes, or a single-disc machine with suitable pads.
Then emulsify the dirt with water and remove it. It is recommended to neutralize the surface using a buffered acid product, such as Strong Descaler Fornace Bernasconi, diluted 1:5 in water.
Finish with thorough rinsing using clean water. Repeat the operation if necessary.Â
Coverage
Approximately 1 liter per 10 m².
For a more accurate estimate, it is always recommended to carry out a preliminary test on a small area.
