UNIX TON is an innovative water-based product designed for the protection and aesthetic enhancement of terracotta, clay tiles, and natural stone, both indoors and outdoors. It can also be used as a single-step treatment.

It enhances the natural tone of the material, providing a glossy wet-look effect while ensuring water- and oil-repellent protection against common stains (oil, grease, wine, coffee, etc.). It is resistant to foot traffic and maintains good breathability of the substrate.

Thanks to its formulation, it can also be applied on slightly damp surfaces, making it particularly suitable for outdoor environments or situations with residual moisture.

In the presence of rising damp, it is recommended to first apply a deep-penetrating water repellent such as Water Repellent Anti-Humidity Antimold or ICR17

The product maintains its aesthetic and protective properties over time when applied to frost-resistant materials that have been properly installed.

Instructions for Use
Apply on clean, dry, or slightly damp surfaces. Shake well before use.

Apply the product undiluted and evenly using a brush, cloth, or wax applicator, avoiding build-up. Apply at least two coats, allowing drying time between applications (approximately 60 minutes).

Remove any excess before it dries. Avoid application on surfaces that are too hot or too cold (above 35°C or below 5°C) or if rain is expected.

To maintain protection over time, especially outdoors, periodic reapplication is recommended. For indoor maintenance, use dedicated protective waxes such as Wax for Protective Cotto Anti-Wear Fornace Bernasconi or CB08.

For routine cleaning, use neutral detergents such as CB90, avoiding aggressive products.

Coverage
Approximately 1 liter per 10 m².
It is always recommended to carry out a preliminary test for a more accurate assessment.
